Enter new markets. Build GTM that scales. Turn your technology into commercial growth.

Senior, hands-on market-entry and go-to-market support for technology companies expanding across international markets.

Viaxis helps you bring together the strategy, people and processes around your products, accelerating your entry to new markets, deployment of scalable go-to-market models and commercialisation of your technology.

Your technology is ready... but have you built what it needs to succeed?

Great technology is only the starting point.

To succeed in the market, you need to translate product capability into clear, measurable customer outcomes, align the people and processes needed to deliver them and build routes to market that can scale.

And you need to do all of this whilst keeping your day-to-day business running.

Enter New Markets

Turn a market decision into a launch-ready business.

  • Align the strategy, people, capabilities and processes needed for launch.

  • Build the commercial and operational readiness required to enter the market effectively.

  • Move beyond a market-entry plan to a business genuinely ready to launch.

Build a Scalable GTM

Turn early traction into a go-to-market model built for growth.

  • Strengthen the proposition and establish the right routes to market.

  • Put the roles, processes and capabilities in place to support growth.

  • Activate the model in practice so the business is ready to scale.

Commercialise New Technology

Turn promising technology into a proposition the market can buy.

  • Develop the customer value proposition, packaging and commercial model.

  • Establish the routes to market and launch approach needed to reach buyers.

  • Put the commercial foundations in place and activate a model the business can build on.

3 ways that Viaxis helps you turn your technology’s promise into market reality.

The hardest part is rarely just the technology.

It's getting everything around it to work together.

I’ve spent my career at the point where technology meets the market — helping businesses turn technical capability into propositions customers can understand, buy and scale and putting in place the delivery mechanisms needed to make them successful.

Over 25 years, I’ve worked across product, pre-sales, sales, partnerships, go-to-market, delivery and business leadership, shaping propositions and launching technology products and services internationally. That breadth has given me a practical understanding of how the different parts of a business need to come together to fulfil technology’s commercial potential.

That is why I founded Viaxis: because great technology deserves the chance to become a great business.

Founder-led from start to finish.

I personally lead every Viaxis engagement, working directly with your leadership and teams. Specialist expertise can be brought in where it adds value, while I retain senior ownership and continuity from initial direction through to embedding the result in your business.

The Viaxis Approach.

When the opportunity can't wait.

Important growth initiatives rarely arrive at the perfect time.

You may have the technology, the opportunity and capable people — but not the dedicated senior bandwidth or focused ownership to bring everything together at the pace the opportunity demands.

Viaxis provides experienced, hands-on leadership for defined commercial initiatives — giving you the senior ownership needed to move quickly while your existing teams remain focused on running the business.

In 30 minutes, leave with a clearer view of:

What this looks like in practice.

Enter New Markets.

Enabling international expansion for an established US technology provider.

The challenge

A successful US cloud communications provider wanted to expand into the UK, Europe and Australia, but lacked the international operational capability to move at speed.

What changed

An operational and go-to-market capability was built around an existing third-party delivery platform, including the market-specific proposition, sales enablement and commercial processes needed for launch.

The outcome

The business entered new markets without waiting for its own infrastructure build, generating approximately $2M ARR within around 18 months before transitioning onto its own platform.

Build a Scalable GTM.

Transitioning from direct-sales only to a partner-led go-to-market model.

The challenge

A global digital infrastructure platform had no common approach for bringing strategic technology partnerships to market. Onboarding, proposition development, enablement and operational hand-offs were handled ad hoc, creating delays, inconsistent partner experiences and a slow path to revenue.

What changed

A structured partner GTM model was built across onboarding, proposition development, enablement, launch and activation — introducing common processes, clearer ownership and stronger cross-functional coordination.

The outcome

Over two years, the programme launched 30 partners and six hyperscaler marketplaces, generated over 700 qualified leads in its first year of activity, and supported first deals across multiple strategic partner relationships and cloud marketplaces — before transitioning ongoing ownership to dedicated partner managers.

Commercialise New Technology.

Building the commercial capability around a new software platform.

The challenge

A new BSS software platform had been proven internally and was ready for the wider market, but lacked the commercial structure needed for launch — including pre-sales processes, sales materials, customer engagement and international go-to-market capability.

What changed

A commercial and pre-sales capability was built around the platform, including processes, documentation, demonstrations, sales enablement and customer-facing materials, supported by direct engagement across international markets.

The outcome

The platform launched internationally and secured four Service Provider partners in its first year, with early wins across the UK, South Africa, Australia and the US.
